oes.org has 32,932 topics. A giant single index page that we used to have is just waaaay too big now. The search engines really don't like to see more than 100 or so links on a page. Even creating index pages of no more than 100 articles requires more than 100 index pages, in fact right now it requires 433 pages, so we had to break it up into 5 sections.
