1/2 cup Mayo 1/2 cup Sour Cream 3 or 4 Green Onions, finely chopped 2 tbs Lemon juice 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles salt and pepper to taste Mix Mayo, Sour Cream, Green onion in a bowl with the lemon juice and the salt and pepper to taste. Once well blended, add the blue cheese crumbles and fold them in. Chill. If dressing is too thick you can add some olive oil or corn oil to thin it. I like it chunky. Serve over a chilled wedge of ice berg lettuce. Core the head of lettuce, rinse well, shake out as much water as you can, then place core side down in a bowl and put in fridge for about an hour to crisp, cut into wedges and spoon dressing over the wedge...
