National Rescue Parade
There is going to be a Rescue parade at the OESCA National in Wlliamsburg, VA VA. The parade will be held on Friday, October 6th around lunch time. I am told there are bigger and better prizes for all the participants. NEOESR has again donated the Olympic style ribbons. Please contact Karen Burdash asap. The Entries are supposed to be in by Sept 15th. My guess is she will allow late entries but we need to show up and Karen needs to know how many prizes...... For details please contact Karen Burdash.
