Help with Fozzie's AKC Name!
Fozzie was named after Fozzie Bear from the Muppets. His parents are: Dad - Rhoad's Pfisters Winston Mom-House of Rex Starry Traveler Any thoughts or ideas fo us??? |

| Well, he's from House of Rex right? So that has to be first.... and it takes up a fair number of characters. I think the limit is 30, including spaces.
So House Of Rex takes up 13 including spaces, you could do House Of Rex Waka Waka Waka , that would take up 27.... LOL (that's what Fozzie Bear says) |
| I noticed Wikipedia spelled it "wocka" but that takes up 3 needed spaces.

The breeder decided to name all the pups in the litter after a theme - casinos!!   So we chose New Frontier from others like Bellagio, Gold Nugget, Emerald Queen, etc! | Chewies was almost prenamed. He had the call name Coach and he was going to be Masquerade March Madness. Our farm and kennel name is Alice Acres (Lake Alice is behind our farm). The Madness (to ID who his mom is) had to be there too.
So we decided on Masquerade Alice Acres Madness. It used up the 30 character/space allowance exactly! His dad is Shaggy Bears Skywalker and call name of Luke. That's where the "Chewie" comes in! |

| Chewie IS from the Masquerade kennel, that part was mandatory in his name.
Good point though. My parents raised Brittanies, and in the 1960's wanted to pick a kennel name for their dogs. They wanted their kennel name to be Northstar. It was already picked, so we became Norstar instead! |
I can't even remember what Tasker's AKC name is  and I never even bothered to send in Ty's papers. It seems to me just another way for the AKC to raise funds (for a neutered dog). |

Or House of Rex Movin' Right Along. That's one of the first songs that Fozzie and Kermit sing together in the Muppet Movie. I uploaded that too, being the Muppet geek that I am! My nerd card is so permanent. |

That's a cute name, and I bet it fits him to a T! What a relief to have the name thing done. We had to have Chewie's decided and filled out on his form before we took him home, so it did help me from procrastinating. I have other dogs' who's applications never got sent in for that reason  . |

| Isn't that all they do??? Just great big grey and white (or in your case, grey black and white) balls of trouble on four legs??? Pip constantly has to have something in his mouth! Socks, wrappers, tupperware... he will actually steal things off the tables or out of the laundry baskets! What a goober!!!! |
| OMG! Foz keeps stealing the dryer sheets from the bottom of laundry baskets and tries to eat them. We buy the unscented variety, but they must smell like something.
He also is standing on the counters every chance he gets. I tied string around one of his bones and tied it to a can with coins in it. He thought it was an even better toy! I couldn't help but laugh that he was caring the bone in his mouth with the can hanging off by a string. He was trying not to step on it while "tiptoeing" away |
| Maggie loves to drop her toys into the laundry basket as an excuse to shove her head in there and rummage around looking for them. Cracks me up.
The other day, she wanted a plastic wrapped package of 2 new tennis balls and I was able to open it for her, when I thought -- what the heck, she'd probably have more fun ripping through the plastic herself. She did! |
