3 cups finely chopped parsley 1/4 cup grated raw carrot 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil (if you can't get that then a good virgin Olive Oil) 2 3/4 cups of Wholemeal Flour 2tbsp unprocessed Bran flakes 2 tsp baking powder 1/2-1 cup of chicken or beef stock (Brought one is OK) Preheat oven to 180c/350f Line baking trays with baking paper Mix parsley, carrots, cheese and oil in one bowl Mix flour, bran and baking powder in another Then combine the two bowls, found it easier to mix it with my hands. Start adding the stock and keep adding till you get a dough like consistency. Put the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about a minute, then roll out thin and cut with a cookie cutter. Bake for 20-30 minutes until brown, then let cool in the oven and they harden when cooled. Now anyone that tries this one, you will have to let me know how the dogs like it, mine went bonkers over them |
