Watch mom throw yellow soccer ball. Chase it, catch it, and bring it back like a good boy. Wait for mom to get complacent . . . then BAM go after that soccer ball like lightning but bring back the BEST toy of all - her flip-flop (or work shoes - they're even better)! I'm so creative! I would take a video but I'm trying to instill that this is NOT good thing . . . |

At least he brings the stuff back to you. |
Good point Elissa,
I remember having to go outside to find my "other" shoe or slipper. Fortunately the damage was usually easily hidden or glued. susan |
Bailey will bring stuff back, just won't drop it!
Y'all are very patient, I draw the line when Bailey starts thinking about one of my shoes. I spend a lot of money on interactive toys just to keep him away from the important stuff |
I was beginning to think that sheepies were above returning thrown items Tennis balls, soccer balls, sticks. Noodle will chase them and them just run back to me! |
Ha Ha Ha
At least he brings it back, mine fetch then keep going, running back towards me then gruffing as they pass me and keep going "Drop" what is that in sheepie language????? Keeps me fit chasing them down though |
Panda will bring it back to you but wont drop with the word "drop"...she drops her ball to ''sit'' |
Maybe Bingley would rather you take him for a walk than play fetch. He's just being helpful and getting your shoes. What a good boy |
Bentley won't bring anything back, but if we're playing "Tug Throw Catch" in the house, he will sometimes let go if I say "Can I have this?"
If I say "May I have this" he'll let go immediately. Apparently Boo puts great stock in good manners! |
Ollie will come back and drop it, but the minute my hand goes near the ball, he's off like lightening - he loves me chasing him ! |
