| Thanks, everyone, for your kind thoughts and remembering our special girl.
Last year we were in Myrtle Beach and celebrated Maggie's 13th birthday. This spring we were there and she became increasingly ill and returned having to make the decision to help her to the Bridge. We were at the beach again on August 22nd, her birthday. We toasted her memory and longevity and received condolences from our friends there who had known her for many years. We even received a a very thoughtful card from one with photos of their departed labrador. It contained a kind sentiment about how we may forget people throughout our lives but never forget our faithful pets. Truer words were never spoken. Yes, we miss her and no, we will never forget her. Thank you all for thinking of us. |
