can of garbanzo beans 1 onion chopped 1 cup orzo 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 can beef or chicken broth 1/2 cup burgandy wine throw all in a crockpot (except orzo) add salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic to taste cook on low for a few hours...1 hour before serving add orzo and turn up heat. This turned out very well...a tuscan comfort food...lamb made the flavor!! |

What do you mean.......left over leg of lamb? There never is any!
OK, once in awhile there is.....if there are just two. I'll give this a try. Only 1/2 cup wine, good, more for the cook! susan |
