So what are Ron & Joan up to?

So besides being busy revamping the web site & looking forward to going to the NOESR picnic, are there any sheepdogs in your future? Will you both be motoring across country again this summer?

Sorry to be so personal & prying but we need some more sheepdog adventure stories!!

Well, let's see.

Ron has a sore throat.
Ron and Joan have a college graduation to attend.
Ron's new computer is just about up and running.
Ron has been working on new pages to the website.
Joan is interviewing like crazy for jobs. (Neither of us has worked in a loooooong time.)
Ron is hoping Joan will support him in a manner to which he could easily become accustomed. Yes, I want to be a kept man.
No new trips planned for this summer, probably just a few jaunts around the block. Oh wait, I will be off to Alabama in a few weeks, probably... for some work on the HappieCamper... trying to figure out how not to miss the picnic and still be in Alabama.
Not much else interesting right now.

My thoughts are constantly in Alaska and Northern BC and the Yukon Territory -- If only it weren't so darn cold for so long...

Joan and I delivered a sheepdog to far western Massachusetts a little while ago (of course, you can cross Mass the long way in about 3 hours... not a very big state) But that didn't work out for the couple.

We are in sheepie withdrawal, marked by a few moments of furry fun at the recent NEOESR Board of Director's meeting. (You've heard about the "You know Ron, she's deaf" incident).

Sorry.... my turn to live vicariously through you guys! For a little bit, anyways.
So Ron, please tell me what the HappieCamper is. What part of Alabama are you coming to? I have not had any luck finding Sheepie owners here, does anyone know if we have any around?
Oh my... now you'll get me going...

The HappieCamper Website

I think you'll find it interesting..... well, let me know if you have any questions. :) :)

Headed for Red Bay, on Rt 24 up in the Northwest corner near Tupelo.
When you and Joan finally make that trip to Northern BC, you must stop in and see me. If not me, then Blue, Merlin and Panda would love to meet you!!! 8)
It is a good time for a trip down to AL. The weather has been pretty good so far. Have a good one! I have relatives in the area, so I will have them looking out for all RV'S for the next few weeks  . I will tell them to stay out of your way  .

And next time you go through TX, make it during the Spring. We have been have gorgeous weather lately.

Do you really want contributions at the Happie Camper web site? I thought it was sort of a travelogue for you. I will go check it out more thoroughly.

Be careful what you wish for, being kept isn't what it is cracked up to be ... sometimes feel a job would be easier.
