Joahaeyo - I made your coconut chicken for supper tonight and it was really yummy! My husband thought it was delish! When I asked him if he liked it (he had a big mouthful so I guess I didn't really need to ask) he said, "Mmmmmm... don't throw away that recipe, I'd like to have this again." By the way, Truman got to taste it too. He said he would give it a perfect "10"
