oes-l list?

| The OES-List is email based. When someone posts to the OES-L, an email of that post is sent to everyone on the list. Right now, however, the list is in fully moderated status, so the posts are only released a couple of times per day, when the list moderator has a chance to review each and every post for content and proper category. A huge job.
You can also search it's archives, accessed from the smae web page where you probably signed up. Good luck! |
Willowsprite it takes just a little while from when you confirm your information until they allow you access to the list, just keep checking back. I was about to give up on the whole process but then I was finally allowed access. Just keep trying and it will work  |
| Confirmation etc all worked out and now I get tons of mail from the list daily, but cannot reply to any of it or post anything myself. I tried to unsubscribe to it since it was irritating getting all that email and not being able to even reply, but it won't even unsubscribe me even though I followed directions exactly.
I reply and get it bounced back at me saying it contains text that cannot go through and I should re send with plain text only. It was only in plain text to begin with so I have no idea what that means.... If anyone knows how I can either get this list to work for me, or at the very least, how to get OFF the list I would really appreciate it! |

Sounds like your email client may be sending your mail in "html" instead of plain text.
