| How old is Merlin? dogs get gassier as they age, or so I'm told.
Perhaps you might want to check with the vet for a stool sample, see if there's something over-growing in there? Are you sure there was no dietary change? |
Clyde is the WORST with gas. It's constant! It's not the typical sound either but, instead, huge whoosh of warm air.  We also didn't change anything in his diet or environment and it's only gotten stronger in the last 6 to 8 months. I took him to the vet, did the stool sample. The verdict: Clyde's just a farty dog. Just like his daddy... |
| Merlin is 8 years old. In the last year or so he has started having the gas problems. In the past 3 months it has worsened though. |
| Digestive enzymes decrease as we age, dogs included. Maybe some of the enzyme supplements would help the doggie......the doggie's daddy, well, you'd probably have to hid it in his food as well.
