He has learned to lift up the toilet seat AND the lid since we usually keep both down. Drinks TOILET WATER... . YYYYYUUUUUUUCCCCKKKK.. and then backs up and lets the lid slam down. I caught him one other time doing this. I scared him by telling him NO. So I thought he wasn't doing this anymore. So now I know he is a sneak. He also likes to drink the water from the drip system to the plants outside, the muddier the better, and the pool water too. That's my son. All Boy! And all this time I thought they were snoozing when I'm gone. |

Bagged! hahahah
Ohhh yeah, our first guy would see us off at the door, and if we came in a moment later he'd be counter surfing the kitchen. We've recently discovered out current boy patrols the entire house digging into closets and the like. This concerns us as we think it may be a warning sign of some separation anxiety, so we're going to look into it a bit more. |
I think you lot need a Nanny Cam Now that would be fun to watch what the little darlings get up to when your not there
Maybe better NOT to know?? Might be better to think they are just snoozing all day while you are away |
Lol. We actually shut the bathroom doors when we leave to keep the boys out of the toilet-- they can nose it up too. I haven't seen Clyde do it for a long time but it's a habit for me to do it now. Lucy is way too much a lady to drink toilet water. She won't even drink water that has a speck of dirt in it! |
So sad when we discover for the first time that our children aren't perfect!!!!!!
Tasker is deaf in one ear, one day I came home to find him napping ON THE COUCH (dogs aren't allowed on the couch in my house). He was laying on his good ear and didn't hear me drive in. BOY DID HE LOOK ASHAMED WHEN I WOKE HIM UP!!!!!!!1 |
Ha ha...BUSTED!! |
I wonder what else he's doing? I think the Nanny Cam is a great idea, but you'd need one for each room. Better check the trash for empty dog cookie boxes.......he may be sneaking into the pantry. |
Jasper does this all the time. I put a waterbowl in the bathroom - nope, he wants toilet water. Nasty! He can lift the lid too, and he somehow talks the boys into opening the door for him. They are constantly doing it, even though I've gotten on to them about helping him get into the bathroom several dozen times. |
