I DID IT! I DID IT! I made PIZZA on the GRILL!
 So now over 2 weeks I have not cooked in the house at all. Just call me a up and coming female Bobby Flay.  |

| ok... spill the beans. How did you do it? It is just me till Saturday, and now is the time to expermient with food, while Mike is still up north fishing! |
| ok first you have the dough. I got mine from our local pizza store.. Cut it into 4 pcs. spray cookie sheet with pam or oil. make 4 thin rounds. then get what ever fixens you like.. I used already cooked red peppers., chopped smalll onions. canned mushrooms, and anchovies. Grated Mozz set aside. oregano, garlic salt..
need parchment paper. set grill to Med high.put oil on one side or brush it on. lay out dough on grill I did 2 at a time. when dough is brown well remove to cookie sheet lined with the parchment paper, cooked side up. Then do the other 2 rounds. and repeat to cookie sheet. with cooked side up put on all your topping. pick up the paper and side the pizza back on grill and brown that side. I did close the top of grill to let the cheesee melt. remove to plates. No mess in the house or oven heat on. i HAVE A TON OF ideas now on all kinds of pizzas on the grill and many of the mexican too. |

| I may have to try this and make the boys an actual pizza soon.
Lately when they've asked for pizza, I've been making them wheat English muffin, pizza sauce, shredded mozzerella cheese, ham, & pineapple pizzas in the toaster oven. |
