Customer Support ..... BAD!
Well all I got up on the screen was Juno's homepage. All of their affiliate sites work but I cannot get any other site up. I contact Juno and tell them it is transferring my e-mail but I cannot view any other sites. By e-mail they tell me to do all sorts of things... Including a system restore. 
Turns out it was not my computer....After 8 hrs of working on the stupid computer to try to figure out the problem....including downloading a new copy of Juno. I finally decided to change my dial up number and that was all the problem was.
