http://www.tarheeloesrescue.org/maggie.htm She's a very sweet girl. She's a bit on the chunky side and will need to lose a few pounds. She's got a great personality and loves to cuddle. She's crate trained, potty trained and has no health issues (other than those few pesky lbs of "baby fat" ). She's got good indoor manners, too. She does jump up on you still. Her only behavior issue is her resource guarding. She doesn't allow any other dogs to eat and she chases off other dogs if they're getting attention. We're working on it. For this reason, she may be better as an only dog. But, if someone has the experience and is willing to train her, I don't think it would be difficult to correct these behaviours. She's so young and willing to please. She's just not been trained. She is an absolute love bug, though, and I'm getting attached to her. So, if you're interested in adopting Maggie, please fill out the application on the TOES website. |

Awww, she looks and sounds just like my Maggie. . . |
She's lovely Tammy.
Thanks so much for doing the hands on part of rescue. |
She looks like a sweetie, I bet it will be hard to let her go.... |
Oh - good luck. She seems like a sweety. |
Aw, she looks so sweet |
She is precious.
She does the cutest thing when she wants your attention. If you're sitting in a chair, she'll come up to you and sit in front of you and then sit back on her hinds and put both front feet in the air, like a bear. It's really adorable. |
Awwww! That is sooo neat How could someone NOT stop and hug her! She sounds like she's got lots of that crazy sheepie personality. Hope she finds her perfect family soon. I bet it won't take long. |
