We left Remy at home for 2 reasons...it is a packed event and she goes nuts with excitement to see other dogs. And it would be harder to control her. Plus it was a very hot day today. We even saw Ziva and her new owner, Ziva has a new name ... Mango. And a cat sister now, called Kiwi. She's doing great, no more digging problems, she gets TONS of exercise at her doggy daycare, but still being a puppy has chewed electronics...cell phone, remote, other cords. No one looking at me: Finally got all 3 looking: Madelyn is a dalmation, and Parker a colorful Cat: It was a fun day. |

Adorable pictures of kids and pup! Yes, your kids are ADORABLE! |
Thanks guys, they made headbands, and Madelyn had floppy ears but we forgot to put them on for the picture.
We have this park that NO dogs are allowed in, but once a year they have a pet day there. They had sheep herding demonstration (border collie). Agility where you can learn the ropes. Jack russel races. Pet training demo, our friend was the trainer (I've taken his class twice, he was a co-worker of hubby's first tho). Micro-chipping, the kids tent, then the displays from different venues. Hotdog bobbing games for the dogs. Zoe did fabulous being in a crowd of people, and dogs everywhere. They had all these kiddie pools set up, and true water dogs could found laying in them, or one was digging in it splashing people all around him. Don't know why he was digging, but he was focused on it. |
