It's been a long time since I have had the opportunity to write. Lots of changes in our life here in California. Some good and some not so good. My mum had a stroke in late April and she spent a month in a ward at Stanford Hospital in therapy to regain some use of her right side, mostly her arm and hand. She is doing really well and continues at home with her therapy. The opinion of the doctors is that she can no longer live alone so she will be joining us in the fall. In the mean time I live with her during the week while she is participating in her therapy and on weekends we come to my house so I can work on my home and things... As you can tell it's pretty tough. The good news now! We adopted Taggart James about 7 weeks ago. He is sweet and reminds me of Drezzy with the one blue and one brown eye. He is pretty darn tall for a sheepie and sweet as the day is long. I will post photos of him soon. He has fit in with Daisy and Kiera Jean so well, we are so please with the newest addition to our family. I have missed you all, I did a little lurking during the last few months to keep up with all of you and your sheepie families. Will post photos soon of our happy family Leslie |

I know how hard it is to manage things that way. Be sure to take some time for yourself. Do you have anyone to help you or give you a break? Taggart sounds like a sweetie. How old is he? Looking forward to hearing more and seeing pictures when you can. |
