This must all bel very scary for you! I would think that the heat could have caused a seizure - but the Vet should have been able to identify heat exhaustion. Was he seen by the Vet following the seizure???
It can also be caused by a reaction to medication - heartworm medication in particular! I would ask the Vet to run some lab tests to see what's going on! The Vet shouldn't just brush this off - seizures are serious and should be dealt with as such - especially to find a cause if there is one. I hope all turns out well! Kristen |
