| Believe it or not, in all seriousness, a kid I knew back in the very late 60's and early 70's, his mom always wore a tiara, God bless her. No kidding. |
I wear a tiarra on my birthday all day long....Ive gone to Costco and dinner with it....It is a very nice piece of jewelry...I just wish it were real  |
| When I was a kid (about 94 years ago), I saw a rhinestone tiara in store. It was $2.00. I fell in love with it, and begged my mom for it. Of course she said it was too expensive for something so frivolous. A couple months later I got it for my birthday...and I wore it everywhere. Man did I love that thing. All the kids at school thought I was super cool, after all we were a mature 6ish! I don't know what ever happened to it...but in my mind's eye, it was the most beautiful thing I ever owned. |
