How great that they had a good time.
(and how great to have tired sheepies ) |
Glad to hear it went well at the kennel.

PLEASE I know! I know! It has been hard getting a good shot because she is lying down all the time. And I have to say, this is no "maggie cut". I feel a bit bad that I didn't take her to the regular groomer because this is really just a simple shavedown with no artistry (no fluffy legs, etc.) Chum has a round belly with four toothpick legs and a shaggy face. Kinda silly and kinda frail. It looks like all the weight she lost was in her thighs. On the other hand, she is clean and soft and hopefully feels better in the grimy heat of summer. |
I'm glad it was a positive experience for you... though I wonder why they're so tired? I bet they are so glad to be back home |
I'm so happy that things went well while you were gone! No matter how much fun they had, they are so happy to see you and to come home Hope Chum gets her energy back soon! |

Izzie got a body shave down too. When she is trotting along she reminds me of a cow. Big round body and little spindley legs. Glad they had such a great time at the kennel. Knowing that they are going to have fun always makes leaving easier. |
Oh good! I'm glad to hear it was a positive experience for all of you.
Even Maggie is tired? Wow! |

Amanda....I never thought of it....they do have the body of a cow lol....glad that mags and chummey are back and that everything went well! |
I'm glad they had fun!
I know the first time we took Barney to day care he didn't move for like a day--and he was only 9 or 10 months old! To wear out a crazy puppy like that, I only have to wonder what went on! |
I'm so glad things went well! Now you know where to take them in the future and you won't have to worry about them! Gotta see pics, though!! Hurry, hurry!! |

She was re-animated by the late-night walk and full of energy this morning. Looks like it will take Chum a few days to recover though. Poor scrawny, frail Chum. The guy who usually calls Chum "the rug" because of how she lies down at the park said he was going to call her "the mat" due to her haircut. I should have gotten her a cute puppy cut. . . She deserved better. |

maybe you and Chum should make up a nickname for him Chum will grow back and look just as beautiful as ever. By getting her fully shaved down you were just making her even cooler in the summer heat. |
Go Maggie, Go Maggie!
