We have tried to fix the door to stay open but it just doesn't. If Pepsi gets locked in he will bark. Rags just lies down and waits until someone comes along and opens it for her. I do think Rags enjoys the tile floor in there, but there is also tile in our entryway. So does she forget that the door closes behind her? Is she just a dope? Or is she happy in there? Opinions please |

Probably... All of the above |
Lol She doesn't care. If she wanted to come out, she'd let you know. Or, if it really scared her, she'd probably avoid that area altogether. Bear sleeps in the bathroom and shuts himself in there about once a week. If he's in a hard sleep, I don't know it until I try to get in the bathroom in the morning because he only seems to care if he wants to get out-- then I get woken up! |
Sounds like if you put down a door stop, your dog would kick it aside just for the privacy. What a nice calm dog.
I remember accidently locking Crumpet in the closet. She didn't whine or bark. Wasn't until I missed her and started calling did I hear a tiny whine.......... patient dog. (It was hours later) |
Ditto.....maybe she is looking for alone time....as she cant get out, Pepsi cant get in........ |

Actually the door doesn't shut completely and Pepsi is usually the one to let her out. I guess she does like it in there. Susan, As for being calm, I am about to post another post about Rags trying to eat Peanut. |
