Hi,
I'm not a vet, so you might want to give your vet a call. I'd guess that their answer would depend on how many grapes and/or raisins Lucy ate, and depending on your answer they might say to bring your dog in or maybe they'd say watch her for any signs of distress. Sorry for such a vague answer, but I really can't be more precise, other than to suggest that you call your vet if you're concerned. Please keep us posted. Good Luck. |
Thanks Ron. It hasn't happened. But it sure could have and I really apprieciate the warning.
By the way, GREAT WEB SITE! I just love it. We have a bunny also and I wish you had a web site like this for rabbits. There are good ones, don't get me wrong but not as good as this. Thanks!! Gotta love our sheepies |
I never knew feeding grapes was wrong and I had occasionally fed grapes to my dog. Never a lot, just a couple here & there. I agree with Ron that I guess it would depend on your dog & how many she ate although I wouldn't fret over a couple. Just watch her. I won't be feeding my new pup any grapes based on this report. |
