Sweet puppy!
Our Puppy is flying in on Saturday 
We are still debating what Ambrose will be called! Hubby thinks Ambrose and we can call him Amby. The 6 yr old says Harry, I say Bumble. Will we ever choose a name? 
I bought a bed, collar, brush (have a leash or two!)bag of Wellness puppy food per Kaye's instructions. I will be supplementing with canned Wellness and Nupro to add some variety plus some carrots, apples and yogurt. Toys galore  Kong, everlasting treat ball, rope toy, various balls, beef rib bones, nylabones, stuffed baby and dinosaur.
I need to reclaim my Dog Listener book from a friend so I can review the part about puppy's first days
Planning to put a wire crate in the downstairs living room. It is quite big so I am not sure what to put in the upstairs bedroom. Perhaps the small crate he arrives in? Suggestions? Am I forgetting anything? 6 days to go

| I second the small crate until he doesn't fit in it anymore. Which will take about 10 or 15 minutes.
The only thing I can think of when I hear the name Bumble is the abominable (yeah, spellcheck that!) snowman from the claymation Rudolph. He was kind of dorky and had bad teeth! Good luck!! |
| We had some terrible weather here and the Babies are UPSET!!!!! They are going to eat the door if I don't take them outside. They just didn't understand why they couldn't go out with the rain , thunder and lightning... Mercy. We are going out and play { and do our business } before it starts in again. Water Water everywhere and guess the first thig they are going to head for????? After we come in I do want to discuss somethings to do to protect your Babies until they have had all their shots.......Food, raw and cooked { yes I cook for them} .........OFf to the puddles we go.......Sheepie Hugs,. I just went to PetSmart and got a toothbrush, another puppy book  pad for the kennel, food and water bowl set, puppy shampoo and a rake. I am not allowed to buy anything else

| We are back from PetSmart- got his little "tag" engraved for his collar, stopped by the pet store and picked up his Wellness Puppy food (dry and wet). We are so excited preparing for his arrival,,,, my parents bought their new "grandsondog" some toys today- Chipper is so lucky, he has such an excited extended family too!! Yippee!!!

| Hello- to all soon to be puppy parents! We, too are getting Julie-hopefully this weekend! Isn't it exciting to open your homes and families to a oes. Kaye has been wonderful in advice and taking care of all the puppies. I hope to be able to meet her in person along with ya'll. (Thats what we say in the South "Ya'll)
Let me know if ya'll have any great advice once we get the Julie! Can't wait to get her here! |

| Finally decided on the last little girl......All of the Babies have been adopted.. WIth exception of Little Emily. SHE"S MINE!!!!!!! I Finally get to keep a Baby......Tony, Rikki and Maggie are being picked up Thurday..Ambrose, Julie, Bruneo and Franc are flying out Saturday morning from DFW. Gwennie and Aggie are going to Dallas Families..... TL took them to the seee Dr Hembree today. Passed with flying colors... Hit of the show in the Vets off. Bless TL"s Heart. | Woooohooooo!!! Its almost time for the puppies to go to their new homes. I cannot wait to receive Julie. Can't figure out if we are going to keep her name Julie though. I figure the name will come when we get her here. Can't wait to hear from all the families that received a "miracle baby" If any of ya have any suggestions to preparing to bringing the puppy home- let me know. Or if anyone has any suggestions at all- pass it on! Once I get Julie home- someone is going to have to explain how I can get the avatar up so I can have a cute pic on the forum. Patiently and anxiously waiting till Saturday! |

| Had another terrible line of thunderstorms come through last night. More coming in today. The Little Critters don't care if it is pouring outside they stand at that door and want to go out. Mercy!!! So now they are outside playing and running thru evey puddle they can find having a ball. I have been trying to get them to come back in and they just tease me and some up on the porch then turn and run off again. I will Not Chase Them..... Then it becoms a game to them..So I just left the door open.....They are in and out....... TL just gave them baths a couple of days ago. Oh Well THey Are Having Fun..... Love, Kaye |

| Lark- you are so right... special Puppy Prayers this afternoon for those who left Kaye today, and for those of ours flying out Saturday morning... may their flights all bring them to us safely for beautiful memories of the first moment and all the memories we have to look forward to with them.... GOSH- I have tears, I am so nervous for little Chipper (Franc)... Cannot wait to have him in my arms!!!!

| Time has come... some of the puppies are in transport! YIIPPEE!!! Can't wait to get Julie here in Arkansas. We are patiently waiting. We found a pet store that carries all natural foods and raw foods for animals. etc.... We set Julie up also for private puppy lessons- next week also.Can't wait to hear from the other parents of the puppies! Our family cannot wait for her arrival! We asked our kids what we would name her and Our oldest son said, "Mom, lets name keep her name Julie since the angel that saved her named her this." Soo... we are keeping her name Julie! Can someone let me know how I can post pics on here? |

| Kimberly My Dear I didn't get in until after 9:00 from delivering Babies. Alissa called late and I told her Chippers flight info. SO I was going to call you in the morning. But, I've got to go to see the Judge first thing in the morning. So here is Miss Julies flight info. American Airlines Glodbal Priority Parcel flight # 3369. Leaving DFW 8:33 AM .Arrival time 9:43 AM. Tracking # 30620693. They will bring her to you at the Baggage Claims office in the terminal. TL will them them tomorrow and give the baths AGAIN....... So we willbe leaving her araound 3:00 AM to get to Dallas in time. I have to be there 1 hour before the first flight...... I am SO Thrilled For ALl You Guys.......They are Just Adorabel Loving Sheepie Babies.......What a Miracle and Blessing They Have Been .......... After I get in from the courthouse I'll discuss somemore on what you need to do after you get them. Really got a busy day tomorrow.......... Sheepie Hugs, Kaye |

For those who don't know- they have had storms in Texas and the puppies have discovered PUDDLES
They had baths and then realized how much fun it was to play in the rain
So Kaye and TL have to bathe the puppies AGAIN so that we won't have little mud puppies on Saturday! Can you imagine? |
| And when we get to 24 hours, the official countdown will be on....!!!!! Chipper is due to arrive 11:25 Saturday morning!
Unfortunately, it appears we will have some rain here Sunday- so not quite sure how long Chipper's "clean" look will last until his next bath- but either way, we cannot wait to have him in our lives!!!! Kaye- good luck with the Judge this morning, and PLEASE try to get some rest too!!! Be safe!! |

| I'll talk to each one of you Parents tonight. I'll give you my cell phone #. I'm leaveing for Dallas about 2:00 with the Babies. They are TL's now getting bathed ONE MORE TIME. There is another line of thunderstorms coming SO they won't be going out .The Little Buggers will go straight for what ever is WET........... Sad news, Laura my right arm in Amarillo Father Died this morning. She was going to transport Babies to their New Homes. Bless Her Heart.When she met me yesterday to get the 3 Babies she said her Dad was doing really good. Her Mother Died one year ago this Sunday. HE just said that He wanted to go See Her and took his last breath. Bless Her Heart she says she will still transport but I made other arrangments........Her Heart Just Amazes Me. I Am So Blessed TO Be Surrounded By Such Wonderful Caring Helpers.. There is NO WAY that I could do what I do with out that Helo and Support.... Didn't mean to spoil the Excitement of Getting THe BaBies. I just you all to know because She Is So Important to ME....... And SHe Does Love Sheepies........ Love, Kaye |

| I have learned to go with My Gut and Listen To My Heart ...Very rarely is My Gut Wrong. My Heart is God talking to me. IT is slowing down enough to listen. I have decided not to let the couple in Dallas to get Little Gwennie. So now Little Emily will have another Baby to play with while she still has some vision. Love, Kaye |

| Speaking to Kaye- they are under a Tornado Warning and experiencing very bad weather. Her electricity if going on and off.
Kaye mentioned to share... the babies have been brought up on natural well water.. she shared that it would be a good idea for us new parents to offer our pups distilled water for the first week, to start adjusting our own tap water over a period of time .. so the pups can adjust. Let's all keep Kaye and the pups in our prayers .... |

After she lost her sweet little boy, I thought I would never get one of Kaye's sheepies... BUT at 4 months Blossom aka Beebles flew to Atlanta with us! Beebles is a spunky girl, a very quick study, rough & tumble... not a girlie sheeper... who loves to run with a stuffie/toy in her mouth! Beebles is a real cuddler though...a love bug
What a wonderful combination... Beebles is still a wee sheepie...just 56 lbs at 1 year! So I guess...we are related! Mamas to sheepie half sisters

| I have talked to all the Parents and all of the BAbies seem to be doing well. Now the New Parents are another subject. Notice how quite they are after they have gotten their Babies? They don't have any time........ I talked to Nancy and Joe { Gracie Kaye } and she is running them ragged. She is wearing out the 2 Older Deaf Boys. Ah Nothing Like A Sheepie Puppy......
