Wonderful surprise on our walk today!!!

Ridley and I went on our usual evening walk this evening, and I decided to talk a different route than usual, you know mix it up a little. Well we were walking down the sidewalk and this golden was barking like mad, in his yard, and around the corner of the house came a sheepie!!!!! I'm sure I looked like an idiot, but I was so excited to see another sheepie. Ridley started jumping around and wanting to play. The sheepie's owner came out , gasped and ran over to us. She started petting Ridley and sat down on the ground and gave him a big hug...he was loving it....licking her ears like crazy.(He's crazy about licking ears!!!!) We got to talking and her sheepie Mandi, is 4 years, has one blue eye, and one brown eye, and is very sweet....It was a nice surprise, to have a new "girlfriend" for Ridley...Mandi's owner called Ridley her "boyfriend" when we left. I'm so glad we went on another route this evening....another sheepie for the forum!!!!

Yeah! Isn't that the most fun? Meeting another sheepie lover is like entering a special little world full of big hair and slobbery kisses - I love it. :banana:

Just wonderful and always so exciting to see another. You are lucky you changed you route and met up.

Hey that's awesome!! Yup! It's so exciting to view another sheepie even though we have our own, we still are thrilled seeing another of their breed!
