Not the Flu...Pneumonia
No wonder I felt like I had been run over by a truck and even going to the doctors office was a major undertaking. Ha! I did use that line with the doctor as well. Dr. M, "I've been wanting to see you since last Wed, but was too sick to visit you". 
I also became aware of the major undertaking of my morning routines with all the critters in the household and wrote about it in antics. I usually don't notice the work. Sniff...cough...never miss their daily walks either..but now it's been three days and I can't muster up the strength..cough...cough. Think all the furballs know I'm sick too as they haven't been too antsy about missing their walks like they usually do if I'm late...opting instead to sleep more than usual. After the visit at the doctors office ...sheesh did I feel old...went to the food store to fill out my prescription and three little girl guides whom were selling cookies outside the store, offered to carry my groceries to the car. I think I must have looked green.  Then again..maybe they are good salesmen as I bought two boxes of cookies as a result. :O)
Okay enough whining...I'm going back to snuggle on the couch, watch a good movie or read a good book, ...oh perhaps this isn't bad after all!!!

| Oh no.. I'm sorry. Mr J's boss also has that. He's been down for a long time too, so I hope that won't be the case for you.
I also hope you're not watching that movie alone and your babies are all giving you hugs. Their mommy always takes care of them, so I hope they understand they can't go for a walk right now.

The good thing when you're sick is you get a lot of sympathy...lol (also means I get to take time off work and stay home with my furballs!) cough cough (covers mouth) and happy that no webcams exist on this forum.

| Poor Marianne! Just take it easy, no pushing yourself to take care of critters or kids. Let them take care of YOU for a change (the kids, that is - could you just see one of the dogs bringing you the tissue box, or a cup of hot tea??) |
