Excellent! Don't loose clothes feel great? Don't stray too far, Auntie Paula, cuz it ***will*** catch up with you. Stay the course! |
Speaking of onion rings (or at least thinking of them), here's the WW points value: 8-9 rings equals 7 points. I get 24 points daily. I think a Hackney's onion loaf would take care of my points for a year. But heck, you gotta splurge sometime.
Loose clothes are great. I can't wait for stuff to be so big I have to buy the next size down. Yea us for losing weight! |
BUT! Hackney's onion rings are sooo small! I think the whole loaf would be hmmm...maybe 50 points. Oh heck, when we go, we'll both splurge! My clothes are starting to fit again. Its great. No more pressure lines at my waist at the end of day!!!! Here's to us, darlin'!!!! |
PAULA, PAULA, PAULA.... I'm waiting to hear how this week went!!!! |
I remembered last night that I didn't start a thread for this week. And that's because I gained 2 pounds. insert sad face here. BUT. One pound equals 3500 calories and I know I didn't eat an extra 7,000 calories. I ate more salty food than I usually do, plus I'm PMSing (I still get PMS symptoms even though I'm past menopause!). So I reckon a lot of those 2 pounds is water weight.
The beauty of life is that today is a new day. I've been sticking to program this week. Hope it will register on the scale. Bravo to no tight clothes! |
Thata girl! It probably is water weight. Keep your spirits high, ok???? |
