Super Momma Rose has taken the Babies

The Babies Momma Gilly doesn't seem to want to have much to do with the Babies since I started feeding them their Goatmilk Growl. She doesn't stay with them and doesn't seem real interested in them....SO Up Steps SUPER MOM ROSIE. Rosie is One Of My Big Babies... She Loves All Babies......She had a ruptured uterus with her last litter { my last litter too} and only one Baby lived. That Baby is Bibbles and she is with Diane { Mom of 3 }in Atlanta. So Rosie has decided she will just take the Babies...So she stays with them in the office and washs and cleans them as if they were her's.She can't have any more Babies.......... But she has Babies to take care of now and Is In Momma Sheepie Heaven!!!!It is just amazing to see. I'll take pictures of the Babies today.............Sheepie Hugs, Kaye

That is so sweet!

We have another dog, Kiara, she was a rescue that we got when she was just 8 weeks. When we rescued her, she was already spayed......never to have a litter of her own........well, for quite a few years I did rescues with young babies and Kiara was always the nurturer! She loved and cared for all of them as if they were her own. It was a beautiful thing to witness.........so, to this day (many years later) she is still known as "momma".
How sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guess Gilly doesn't appreciate the goat milk smell. Hooray for Rosie! Someone has to teach those whippers sheepdog ways.
Gilly ws find as long as I was bottle feeding with the goats mild formula..It was when they started to eat from a pan that she backed off. She is probally used to having her Babies taken away from her at 3 weeks old. Many of THESE BREEDERS take the Babies away from teh Momma at 3 weeks to 4 weeks old......I think she is just confused.....She isn't grumpy she just doesn't know what to do. So Momma Rose will step up and take care of them until they start to inter act with the Othe Big Babies........ I will let them out of the office this weekend so they can meet the PACK........The Fun Begins...Sheepie Hugs, Kaye
That is so sweet. You're right, Gilly probably doesn't know what to do with the babies now that they are older. Thank goodness for Mamma Rose!
YAY for Rose!!!
That is so cute!
Oh, that's right. I forgot you were supplementing their feed from the start. Yes, I guess Mom has never had to deal with pups once they start to self feed. Too bad, they could stay on the nibble for a bit longer.

Rosie will show them the ropes.......and then, stand back!

This is the most fun part........except for the feet in the food and all over one another and everything, LOL.

Before you know it, they will be gone...........
How sweet. My youngest son was on goat's milk formula as a newborn since he was allergic to dairy and soy... I didn't realize animals used it too. :)
That is so adorable. I can't wait to see pictures.
Oh isn't that wonderful, Rosie a surrogate mommie. Make sure you get a photo of rose fussing over the gang, would love to see that. What a sweetheart she is
Ahhh, so sweet.
How good for all of them.
Lucky babies to have Rosie help out :)
Give Rosie a big hug from us!

Kaye, when you aren't so busy with the auction (ha-when EVER that is!!) we need more picture
