Stacy is on her way home
Stacy & Steve came over this morning and got to spend some more time with me and my crazy mutts. They were so different today than on Sunday. They got to get all the attention today. I think the dogs thought that they were there just for them. lol Usually when someone comes to the door Pepsi goes nuts. He ran right out in the entry way to say hi....no crazy bark. He was so excited that he & Rags had company. If they could have talked they would have been saying PET ME, PET ME, PET ME, PET ME!!! Rags bulldozed Stacy onto the floor, (she had already been down on her knees giving the dogs attention)....lol then attacked her with kisses.... I was so embarrassed. Both Stacy & Steve have dog appeal and the dogs sure know it too. They wouldn't leave them alone. I've never seen them be like that with anyone before. Then Stacy & Steve took Hayley & I out to lunch at In and Out Burger....yum!! Thanks again Stacy & Steve 
Hayley was her usual goofball self and kept us laughing. It was wonderful to meet both Stacy & Steve. I hope we get to see them again soon.... and of course we would love to meet Annie and the future puppy. Stacy said she will probably be up all night catching up on posts

WE'RE BACK! What a wonderful trip we had to the California desert! Leave it to Steve and I to get 2 of the 5 days a year when the sun doesn't shine there! Despite a few cool days, we had a great time made even better by the SheepieFest of the West and the hospitality of Elissa and her family! I really enjoyed meeting everyone and the pups! I honestly can say that we had a blast getting attacked by Pepsi, Rags, and yes, even little Peanut (he really does look possessed when angry).  Oh, and baby Hailey is the cutest little girl in the world. I would have liked to take her home if Mommy would have let her go..well, maybe until she cried or pooped in her pants
I think I've had the most fun this past year going to Philly and Cali for the 2006 Sheepie Tour since my wedding in 2002...sad, eh? Thank you, Ron, for making all this possible by continuing with the OES forum. I hope everyone of you out there has a chance to meet one of your OES forum pals. It has provided my life with so much enrichment and joy! |
