| I'm not sure the improper use of a trademark has much to do with monetary gain, I think it has everything to do with brand confusion.
I hope that no consumers were confused or any of our dogs were confused with the actual Fluffernutter trademark for Marshmallow Fluff delicacies. Although when they are fluffernutters with a small "f", I still wanna gobble them up! Oh no, there MAY be confusion!  |

I can't believe the number of fluffernutter deprived childhoods we appear to have here, it is a TRAVESTY I tell ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps we should start a support group, I just can't imagine growing up without know the joy of a fluffernutter sandwhich!!!! I preferred mine with bananas!!! |

| According to the "Fluff Finder", Marshmallow Fluff is carried by "Bashas'", and accrding to their website, there's one in Phoenix.
Are they a good supermarket? |
