I remember when Major was first posted about, the website made him sound as if he had lived a very happy home and was now going to retire from his show dog life. You saw past that and knew more than most of us (you always have that amazing ability). You knew this boy was in trouble and in need of care, yet once again you stepped up. Oblivious to his afirmities and the expense of a sick dog you provided him with a happy home the last months of his life as he so richly deserved. All dogs do. Although his passing brings you grief, know that to this one boy you made a difference in his life. Major touched my heart and I'm saddened by his passing. He is now running free from pain at the Rainbow Bridge. Rest in peace now dear Major and hugs to you Kaye and Terra Lynn. I'm so very sorry about his passing. Marianne |
