We got home and she was in the other room and I called her name and asked if she was ready for her bath. She came right to me (any other dog I've ever had would have run at the word bath). I took hold of her collar but really didn't need to, she went ahead of me and climbed right in the tub. The only problem is that she holds her head outside of the tub and I have to keep telling her to back up to wet and rinse her front end. She even let me wash her feet/ any other time she really doesn't like me to touch her feet. She loves the towel dry but as I'm sure you all know, that doesn't even begin to dry a sheepie so I decided to try to blow dry. She wasn't too keen on that but by putting her between my legs I was able to do it and after a few minutes I didn't have to hold her any more. I didn't get her completely dry - her hairs like mine, it would take HOURS to get completely dry. I did try to get some pictures of how nice she looks, but whenever I get out the camera, she lies down for the photos so they don't show much, but she looks and smells so nice. |

Congratulations! That's great! It makes such a huge difference when they like bathtime. It's not nearly so much of a chore! |
