Tomorrow is the day, unless...
I am a little scared and nervous at this point. I look at my dogs and hope they will adjust to Kaitlyn's arrival in the family fairly well. Though I do expect some problems, I hope they are of a manageable nature. I also hope the induction is successful and I have a vaginal birth and don't end up with a c-section. It would be nice to be back home in my bed Saturday night  I will update what has happened and get pictures up first chance after the big event. I hope you all have a happy rest of the week and weekend!

| Good luck Brandy! Here's hoping for a smooth and quick delivery, and health to you and your new baby girl! If you're really impatient... try going out for eggplant parmesan. Apparently there is a chemical in eggplant that can trigger labor! anyone know what the moon is today? If it were full that'd help too! Good luck!!!!!

| Good luck, and don't worry about the c-section, they go pretty smoothly. Been there done that twice, just be prepared emotionally for it.
And make sure hubby has the camera on him at all times just incase they go that route...we forgot to grab it and got no pictures. It all happened so quickly. I too was induced and never had any contractions, so we decided it was the best thing to get her out that night. C-sec babies also have perfect heads, and you get an extra day or two of bed rest...=D |

| Hello, all!!!
I am Brandy's husband, and now the father of a beautiful little girl!!!!! Kaitlyn was born January 26 at 1:11pm, she was 8 lbs. 14 oz. and 20" long. Brandy's water broke at around 9:00 wend. night. After 13hrs. of labor she had to undergo a C-section. Momma and baby are doing great and will be coming home this weekend. I brought a blanket that Kaitlyn was wrapped in and let the boys sniff at it tonight and they seemed to respond well to the sent, Bagel rested his head right against it. I have hung it on the crib so they will associate it with Kaitlyn. I would love to post a picture for you all to see, but Brandy had mentioned that she can't wait until she can post it for you all. So I’ll let her do the honors!! ....... Sorry, you'll have to wait a couple more days. I just wanted to post an up date...... Todd |

| Congratulations, get lots of rest and take it easy doing work when you get home. When they say 6 weeks recovery time, they really mean it...give your stomach muscles time to heal before any heavy lifting....like laundry baskets.
