If you are running late for a flight, it will depart from the farthest gate within the terminal. If you arrive very early for a flight, it inevitably will be delayed. Flights never leave from Gate #1 at any terminal in the world. If you must work on your flight, you will experience turbulence as soon as you touch pen to paper. Or start to drink your coffee. Only passengers seated in window seats ever have to get up to go to the lavatory. The crying baby on board your flight is always seated next to you. The less carryon luggage space available on an aircraft, the more carryon luggage passengers will bring aboard. Happy Flying |

I hate when your the last group to be seated (usually call from back to front passengers) ...and when you board the plane, your seat is 6A ...but your carry-on has to be placed at 23A. So when you're first to get off the plane... it's IMPOSSIBLE to get your luggage! |
I've only flown once and we had LOOONG layovers...besides our oldest had roseola at the time, so I was in the ER with his running a 105 fever the night before. Then, a 6 hour flight ended up being like 18 hours. I hope I don't ever have to do it again, lol I was sooo exhausted and Jake just wouldn't stop crying because he was miserable.
Now, I've piloted a plane with CCAP (civil air patrol) when I was in AFROTC and loved doing that. I'd do that again in a heartbeat. I was trying for my license, got pregnant and stopped (too sick then). Hubby & I are talking about getting our license when the kiddos are grown and buying a little cesna or something. |

That's a great idea Gail, but you should get a BIG cessna and call it the Sheepie Express Then you could take resevations and fly us to all the picnics. |
And paint a big sheepdog on the side of the plane! |
lol, it'll be a looong time - like 20-30 years. Jason's big thing is that he wants to be able to hop in a plane and fly out to Lake Havasau whenever he wants. He loves it out there. If it ever happens, rides to sheepie picnics is definite! |
