The story behind him breaks my heart...as they all do. Remarried family, son no longer walks the dog but plays with him in their new big yard, Harry forgets to go potty, new mom doesn't want Harry to run around the house when noone is home, Harry goes potty in the bedroom, Harry needs a new home. Very sad. I hope someone can help him soon and provide him with the loving home he so deserves! |

How is Grace? I have adopted 3 OESDs from her. I hope she is doing well. |
Stories like this make me cringe.....the PEOPLE are at fault, not the dog |
Grace sounds well. I have only recently been in more frequent contact with her due to my activity with the OES forum. My first encounter didn't bode well as we lived in a condo and worked all day. She didn't feel that we would make a good home for a rescue OES. In some cases, she is right. Thus, we had went through Geri in Michigan to get Annie and things have worked out well. We now live in a house with a fenced yard and I work very close to home, so we are eligible OES parents; however, Annie's personality has swayed us into not taking in others. I really feel that she is happiest being an only child and I don't want to deprive her of this. |
