7 years ago today...
 I don't think many people were sure we'd make it, because of how young we were (19 and 21), but I think we love each other today more than we did then. It's definitely been a roller coaster ride, full of some very happy moments and then moments that I wouldn't wish on anyone, but we stuck together through them all. Our happy moments brought us closer together, as did the tragic ones.
We only knew each other for 6 months before we got married, and it's hard for me to believe that 7 1/2 years ago, I didn't know the most important person in my life today. He has given me love, hope, the gift of staying home with our babies and watching them grow, and three of the most beautiful children on this Earth (of course, I'm partial). I just couldn't imagine my life without him in it. He is without a doubt my very best friend, and I thank God for bringing him into my life daily. I hope we have many more years together in our future. |
