Hi- we added a 2nd OES this past June. We have 4 yo female (Patch) and a now 10 mos. old male OES ( Griffon). They are doing fine. I researched the same thing b-4 I got 2nd one. I was advised to get a male pup as the female likes to "boss the male around". This has been true. Griffon needs it as he is a "live wire" but very good natured. Griffon was raised in the breeders home and had better social skills from the "git -go" than did Patch. Griffon gets Patch moving.... and that's a Good Thing ! Patch was becoming a "couch potato". I have to keep my eyes /ears open when they are both playing... gets very rowdy but very entertaining.
I was very pleased with Griffon's breeder. If you would like breeder info - just drop me a line. djblackwelder@hotmail.com |
