| My sister doesn't have a computer. I just tell her to call me when she wants to complain. She did the laser thing like me and she doesn't physically crave a smoke. Her daughter will be home for a few days for Christmas and she smokes so that will be my sister's first hurdle. But she can do it! |
| Auntie Paula, don't be hard on yourself for "caving". You didn't. You "tested" and passed! Its so hard to quit. I think all of us that have quit have faultered from time to time. Lol. That's the annoying stage because you really want to smoke but you know how lousy it tastes so you're wishing for something you don't want! Once in awhile I have dreams that I smoke in and I wake up wanting a cigarette but I know it won't be all good and satisfying like in the dream, it'll just taste like crap and hurt by lungs! |
