1 pkg of cream cheese 1 pkg of oreo cookies 1/2-1lb of chocolate (whichever flavor you like best)! 1) First, take out your cream cheese and let it sit so it can soften up a bit. 2) Then take out a bowl and your blender. 3) Pop in 3-6 cookies at a time (depends on how strong your blender is) and blend until turned to powder. It might be neccesary to scrape the cookie powder out of blender. Repeat until all cookies are pulvirized and in the bowl. 4) Put the cream cheese in the bowl with your cookie powder and mash together until cream cheese and cookie powder resemble a thick paste or dough (you should not be able to see the cream cheese). 5) Place bowl with cookie paste in fridge - once the paste is cold enough to keep it's shape - roll into balls. They can be whichever size you like. Place on waxed paper. 6) Over a double boiler - melt your chocolate. Once your chocolate is melted - bring over to the cookie balls. 7) Dip balls in using a toothpick or fork and put back on waxed paper. Wait until the chocolate is set and refrigerate (they can be eaten warm too - but be sure to not leave them out for long as the recipe uses cream cheese). |
