We went to the leash-free the other day and lo and behold...not one but TWO other sheepies! They were 18 months and 2 years old, and all three of us came from 3 different towns to come to this particular park. The pooches had a ball. People were stopping and pointing and us sheepie owners just stood around and compared notes...grunting the odd time when getting slammed by a couple wrestling OES's. Mine was the only rescue dog, the other two had come from the same breeder a couple hours away. What a riot. Second- My hubby is the "gadget man" and has to buy everything that comes out on the market, tries it for a few days, and then returns it when it doesn't do the magic it is claimed to do. Well, we got a machine that cleans hardwood floors, and vacumns up the dirty water. Not sure if anyone has one, but it is like a carpet cleaner, but for floors. Scrubs the floor with brushes, and then squeegies the water and sucks it up into a tank. It is the greatest invention for the non-carpeted areas. Sure beats mops, and buckets and actually scrubs the floor clean without going on your hands and knees. I love it. |

The Bissell Flipit does that too-- dry on one side, wet on the other. It would be really great and convenient too if Clyde didn't attack it. |
