For a 1.5 lb loaf: 1 1/8 cups milk 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces 3 cups bread flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon gluten 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 1 tablespoon dried marjoram 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1.5 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons SAF yeast or 2.5 teaspoons bread machine yeast Put ingredients in the pan according to the manufacturer's instructions.
