No brainer ravioli

Mix together steamed, stemmed spinach with ricotta, grated romano and black pepper to taste. Using square egg roll wrappers put small amount of cheese mixture on lower of wrapper, fold over and seal with fork tines. Layer on waxed paper, chill for 2 hours. Drop into salted, boiling water until they float, then drain. Serve in shallow bowls, top with sauce:

In small pan combine 1 can Muir Glen tomatoes, garlic, and italian seasonings, heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

If you have a dumpling press use that to make half moons(they look nicer and you can get one at a dollar store) and if the edges don't stick use a small amount of water around the edges before you seal them.

I really thought the instructions would be open can, pour into bowl, insert bowl into microwave.....
