Make any type of cake in a fluted bundt pan. Using white frosting, tint with orange paste color, reserving some white. Tint the remaining white frosting green and use to cover a flat bottomed ice cream cone. Frost the cake with the orange and turn the cone upside down over the center hole of the cake for the stem. I make a carrot cake with cream frosting for this. Put on a pedestal and surround with fall colored leaves. |
