Hi,
I hope others chime in, but your first stop is with the OESCA Breeder Referral service, run by Tarja Peters, who is also a member here. You can drop her a line privately through the forum through this link: http://forum.oes.org/privmsg.php?mode=post&u=498 Also, have you considered rescuing an adult sheepdog? Good luck! |
Here is a link to some rescue contacts, too, if you're interested!

Please register on the forum and "PM" me and I'll give you the contact name of our breeder who is in WV. Tarja Peters will probably give you her name as a resource too. Here is a link to a discussion started about her. http://forum.oes.org/viewtopic.php?t=4009 |
Hello,
My sheepie Ridley and I live in WV, but I got him from Indiana while I was in school. We live in Putnam Co. and there are several sheepies in the area, we all use the same groomer. Glad to see some more mountaineers! |
Welcome to the forum Raquel |

I totally understand! I live in Nebraska and had a heck of a time finding an OES. I ended up getting my first one, and my 2nd one, from Washington State. They both flew to me, via Utah. Neither one had any problems, besides potty accidents. (Puffer was a puppy and Butterfly 2 years old when the flew) Please feel free to contact me for a reputable breeder referral. There are a lot of puppy mills in the midwest! <--- I do NOT refer to them! My e-mail is: oescrazy2@yahoo.com Regards, Tarja ps. for you who "know me", like my new avatar? It's my Butterfly! |
