Tons of baggy skin....
Is it normal to have tons of skin? It seems like I could fit in half of another sheepdog into Bosley's skin. It is very loose, and I can take a handful easily without pinching at all. Is it just because he is still young and will grow into it or do they stay very loose through to adulthood, too? |

| Panda will be 2 in less than a month and I can still pull off of her back a good 2'' plus of skin.....Im sure she is done growing....she is the perfect weight for her height and bone structure...I wouldnt worry about it....if you can feel the ribs, but not see them he is right where he should be. |
Dancer does not have loose skin, but Sky does. They're both healthy and at good weights for their bone structure so I don't worry about them... every dog is different  |
The Gooch has tonnes of loose skin too! I'm worried that if he does grow into in...I'd have a 200lb sheepie with a hippo head and neck!  |
