My oldest Darla is ignoring everyone until she accepts the fact that we aren't going to return him! Then once he can keep up outside, he'll be her next best friend. My 10 month old, Reba is a bit more of a pill. She is a bit hyper and if she isn't stepping on him, she's pushing him off my lap. And she growls at him occassionally. Anyone have any ideas as to how to ease her jealousy?? |

Awww congrats! He sounds like a doll....
As for easing jealousy, I would tend to let them sort it out on their own... he is a puppy, and a dogs natural instinct is to accept a puppy, so there shouldn't be any major skirmishes. She will just want to put him in his place. Allowing her to take that role will help him learn bite inhibition etc which he would have begun to learn from his mother and siblings. |
Hey Shellie look, another Zeke!
You know, as great as think that name is, I never thought I'd see another Zeke sheepdog! Congrats on your puppy. |
Congrats He is so cute. I can't even pick up Fergie anymore she is getting so big. Best Wishes with your new pup |
Another Zeke!!!!!!!!!!!
I NEVER thought I'd see another one here. My Zeke is now 7 months old, a total clown, but so loving. Congrats! Soak in every second of these puppy days, they are over so quick, and you never get another chance at puppy breath! Shellie |
Congrats on your puppy! He is very cute!!!!
We happen to have two relatives of his, a Madison and a Bailey. You got him in Baltimore, right? Have fun with him! Eric |
If you guys haven't chatted about the possible "family" problems that you might share. A private message may be in order.
Good luck with all of those puppies! |
Congrats on the new puppy. I like his name. |
