Eye infection
his right eye. We saw the vet immediately and we went through a course of antibiotic eye drops. It cleared completely. Yesterday I noticed it returned, so back to the vet for another course of antibiotic treatment. Has anyone else had experience with recurrent infections? I clean his eyes daily and he is in a puppy cut so the hair is short around the eyes. |

| Does he perhaps have an eyelash growing into his eye? That is not common among oes, but it does happen. |

| We are on day 2 of a 10 day antibiotic course.
Still somesticky yellow green drainage, but less than the first episode. He had no corneal abrasion at either vet visit. Good point about the eyelash, Willowsprite. We will keep a watch on him. Hopefully this antibiotic course will work. If not, there is a vet eye specialist not far from us. I think I would lean toward a consult as our vet is not sure why the infection reoccurred.
