loving family in indiana looking to adopt(rescue)
I was raised with a OES as a child (approximately 14 years, before we had to put her to sleep). I have always had a soft spot for OES and love them to death. Last year we rescued one that had demadepic mange (spelling?). We loved her very much also. We went to the vet for several treatments to try and help her but it did not help. She was physically trying to chew through her own legs so we had to put her to sleep after 3 months. Now me, my wife, and our three kids were heartbroken but we are ready to adopt again. Age and sex does not matter, does not have to be a pure bred (as long as it looks and acts like an OES.) Any help would be greatly appreciated. | yaaaaaaaaah, we got him home last night about 9:30 p.m. he is perfect. i think he is really happy. our cat isnt too thrilled though. lol. maybe in a little time they we get along and be buddies. when i tried to go to bed last night, he kept jumping on me or just laying his head on top of mine. needless to say i only got a couple of hours sleep. but thats o.k. hes worth it. ill send pics soon. oh and he weighs about 75-85 pounds and is almost 2 years old according to kaye. ill keep everybody posted |

| max is adjusting wonderfully so is everyone else. the kids are having a blast with him and him with them. we want to give a big thank you to kaye for this wonderful gift she has given us. and to everyone else for their thoughts and help. we will send more pics soon. |
