I am new here, hello from Italy
my name is Laura Grassi and I am new here. I found this forum because we received an e-mail from a member of this forum... they visited our web-site and found some cartoons about old english sheepdog... (there is an open discussion about our cartoons in this forum) and I am happy you enjoyed them. I am the owner of four old english sheepdog, Alice (11 years old), Colibrì (9 years old) Etichetta (5 years old) and Lulù Baby (3 years old). | the author of the cartoons is a very good friends of mine, Maria Pia Maroni.. she wants to thank you all for your compliments.. Maria Pia is the owner of an old english sheepdog named Teo... unluckily Teo has a cancer in his bones... I hope you understand my English because it is not so good! |

I did Agility with my old english sheepdogs. I started with my first OES, Johnny, fourteen years ago. I had also a riesenchnauzer. Then I bought Alice and I did Agility with her too... (in the avatar there is Alice). Then I decided to show my dogs (now I show them only at the championship show of the club because I don't like the "show-world"!!) and I decided to stop with Agility. I have some obstacles at home (jumps and Weave Poles) so I play with my dogs sometimes... do you do Agility? Laura and (Alice, Colibrì, Etichetta and Lulù Baby) |
| Thank you for your reply Laura. Yes I have only been training Frodo for just over a year now, in agility so we are still begininers I would be grateful for any tips you must be very experienced. Frodo is nearly 3 and begining to respond to commands really well. But we still have a few crazy days, when he decides to act the clown.

| I trained my dogs myself in Agility because I did obedience with my Riesenchauzer and my first bobtail, Johnny, and then with a friend we decided to train them for Agility.
If Frodo thinks that he can do what he wants when he wants maybe you pampered him a little bit.... however it is difficult to give you any tips because I don't know Frodo. Looking at Alice's Pedigree, Alice and Smeagol must be distant relatives, Ch. Zottel's Miss Marpel of Lameda and Ch. Zottel's Moonlight Serenade of Lameda are Smeagols GTGT Grandmothers. His mum's name is Zottles Copywrite His Pedigree name is Amblehart Garibaldi. Chris Frodo and Smeagol |

also Colibrì is relative with your Smeagol. Colibrì is Alice's sister. Then I mated Colibrì with a beautiful Italian OES, and I kept Etichetta....now Etichetta is five years old and I decided to mate her with a dog named Oblò di Zuccherino.... the father of Oblò is a brother of Etichetta. Oblò lives in UK (Shenedene Kennel) near Manchester and I have to come to UK this November.. by car!!!! Lulù Baby has the same mother of Etichetta, but the father is an American dog named Blue Panda Made in Paradise.... Laura and (Alice, Colibrì, Etichetta and Lulù Baby) |
