This weekend otis met my friends new ten week old puppy and he just barked and barked at the poor pup. It wasn't a mean bark. He was in the yard with my parents 9 year old Airedale (who was great with pup) and I could not get him to be quiet. Finally, I brought out the hose and let him play in the water which quieted him down for a bit, but not for long. Any suggestions for the next time they meet so that we can actually hang out together without otis being an obnoxious fool? He is also protective of me and I was worried he would go after the pup for trying to climb on me, but he just made noises and barked. |
